Consult & DESIGN

Not sure what your theme is, what colors to use, or whether you want a simple garland or something more extravagant? Maybe you already know exactly what you want! Start by completing this form and I will be in touch with you ASAP to confirm availability & begin working on your quote.

PROOF & APPROVAL

After your consult I will send you a custom color palette and a quote matching your design ideas. Once accepted, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due. After I receive your deposit I will provide a custom design proof to match your quote.

The remainder of your total will be due 72 hours prior to your event date.

Delivery, Installation, & breakdown

72 hours before your event, I will send a final request for your remaining total. Then I’ll bring the balloons, supplies, and expertise to assemble and install your arrangement on site, for you. Delivery within the Eugene/ Springfield area is a $30 flat rate. Installation cost is 25% of your subtotal. Breakdown cost is included in your delivery & installation.

Party sustainably

A lot of balloons are marketed as “biodegradable”. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case... All balloons pose a great threat to the environment and wildlife, whether they are purposefully released or thrown away. I have pledged to not be part of that problem.
